Flame without Shadow, revised

These are taken from the Flame without Shadow supplemental for Blades in the Dark. the supplemental is kind of half-baked, so i made my own modifications to the law-enforcement playbooks, but i didnt do anything with the crew stuff.

this doesnt include the whole supplemental, just the parts i modified, so you will still need to get the supplemental to play it as intended. this has character sheets for Bluecoats, Inspectors, and Spirit Warden Initiates.

the main difference is that i did away with the whole new set of skills, and only replaced some of the old ones with the new ones. i also replaced some of the special abilities i didnt like. one of the abilities i added is Apotropaic Hand, which i stole from Adrenaline Games' Medium playbook.

the last page of the pdf has notes on the changes i made and why.

EDIT: i had totally forgotten to include on the initiate char sheet the implements and reference abilities from the original. oops.
